Am I the only mom who feels like I can barely keep afloat with daily laundry, meals, bills, sport practices, cleaning the house, homework? Please tell me that I'm not! I realize that now and for the past 12 years I have been a mom of a young family - but does Heavenly Father really care if the laundry gets done today? Is it more important that we have food on the table or if I read 15 minutes in the scriptures? Is it more important that the boys get their homework done or if we have Family Home Evening? I look at my parents and realize that they are busy too, but now most of their "busy" is doing church things. My mom is the RS President and my dad serves on the High Council in a Student Stake. I remember times when my mom was basically a single parent as my dad served as the Bishop and then Stake President. Maybe this is their "season" for church service.
I'd love any and all suggestions as to how you all accomplish the daily tasks, plus get all of the church "to do's" done. I know some of the activities we do aren't the most important but they are building memories and helping the boys develop friends and their self-confidence. What is more important?
I know this is a lot of rambling but I'm so torn up inside over what is really important and what "season" I am in. Thanks for listening.

You do such a great job. You are truly a great example to me. I believe you are doing everything right. You have a great family and you are teaching them and spending time with them. That is what I think is most important. I hope it is anyway, because that is about all I have time to do. Hang in there! You are doing fantastic!
